With the tagline Creating Good Spaces, we launched Landmark Enterprises, establishing a brand rooted in quality and thoughtful development. Our approach included a film designed to visually and narratively express this philosophy, using a cool and unique visual style based on an illustration guide created specifically for the brand.
The film’s narrative unfolds through smooth transformations, with each object turning into another inside a square template inspired by Landmark’s logo insignia. This square element also represents the individual plots, each telling a small, relatable story. During a site visit, we were inspired by the transformation of the land itself from barren soil to a lush, green development, which we reflected through visual transitions.
We started with rough storyboards, refining them to perfect the final illustrations and ensure alignment with the brand’s vision. For the voiceover, we opted for a fresh, unconventional approach: a 6-year-old girl from Mumbai, whose soft, natural voice provided a warm contrast to typical aspirational tones, perfectly suiting the film’s approachable style.
The result is a film that authentically brings Landmark Enterprises’ values to life, capturing the essence of Creating Good Spaces in a way that resonates deeply with the audience.
